Prepare the Package

Place the wetsuit or swim gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of any signs of wear or chlorine.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
